I want to become a member of the Health Choice network. Who do I contact?

I have a recurring claims payment issue and cannot get response from the insurance company. How can Health Choice help?

Participating through our physician hospital organization(PHO) provides you a resource that knows how to assist you. And as a member of Health Choice, you can benefit from the dedication of our provider advocacy team. We serve as your experienced network leaders to help you navigate the complexities of contract management.

For recurring claims issues, please contact Provider Advocacy at (901) 821-6723.  When issues are collectively submitted through the PHO, you have more leverage to get your issue resolved and get measures in place to alliviate potential for future issues.
